We take responsibility for the watch at arrival, not before.

We are not responsible for weaknesses in the material like: glasses with cracks, wheels and stems with fractures that brake during the service. If that would happen we will contact the costumer and find a solution. That could be to order the missing part or manufacturing it.

Parts for certain brands cannot always be ordered. We gladly service them if no original parts are required.

Postage from the workshop is as recommended mail. When you send the watch to us avoid writing things that can relate to the content like “Urmakare” (watchmaker). Use the postage form you are comfortable with.

Estimations are fixed; if we find more errors we give another one. If we do not succeed in repairing the watch it would cost a thing if no other arrangement are made.

Repairs under the total amount of 300:- no estimations are made. All repairs under this amount are made even if they are not specified.
